Starting this October, Speedcrewing happens twice a year and we've relocated to a new, center-city location.  Come join us at L'Etage, the 2nd floor cabaret bar at 6th and Bainbridge to meet and network with other Philadelphia-area film professionals.  Home to our monthly screening series, L'Etage is a beautifully appointed bar and a great place to meet and mingle.  This October's Speedcrewing does not have a specific theme so we're inviting everyone to come with their business cards in hand no matter what role you have in the filmmaking industry.

From PAs to producers, sound mixers to editors, composers to directors, this event is for media makers from all ends of the industry.  Bring 40-50 business cards, and remember, while speedcrewing is an informal networking event you should be sure to have a thirty-second elevator pitch, or at least a half-a-beer pitch.  Speedcrewing events draw over 100 people, and with just a couple hours to meet everyone you want to be succinct.

Rich Wexler, VJ & DJ extraordinaire and founder of Sherman Community Arts, will once again be mixing up the entertainment from his broad spectrum library of sound and image.
